GENERAL CONDITIONS:
  • The prices are indicated per apartment (standard 2 guests), per day. The tourist tax of euro 1,40 per day, introduced from the 01.01.2014, is not included in the price and should be paid locally.
  • Check-in/out: The apartments and the relative services are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, and has to be vacated till 10 a.m. the departure day. In case of later arrival after 7 p.m., please make sure to advise us well in advance.
  • The final bill of the apartment should be settled until the evening before the departure, preferably by cash, bank transfer credit card (VISA, Master Card, bancomat or check.
  • The reservation of the apartment is considered binding only after the receipt of the deposit equal to 30% of the entire price of your stay, and the recept of our written confirmation.
  • Concerning the cancellation policy, we apply the current regulations.
  • For stays less than 3 nights we apply euro 40,00 for the final cleaning of the apartment.
  • It is not allowed to smoke in our apartments.
  • Pets are not allowed.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
  • If the booking is cancelled earlier than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is retained, but can be used for another stay.
  • If the booking is cancelled between 29 and 7 days before arrival, the 3o% deposit is retained as cancellation penalty.
  • If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, late arrival, early departure, or change of the number of guests, 90% of the entire price will be charged as cancellation penalty.
